The Drain Key Quests is an Easy Quest.

To Begin this quest, talk to Mary in the Cow pen west of the starting area. She will tell you that she dropped her keys into the Sewer Below.
Get a bucket of water and pour it down the drain, then collect the key from the Mini Sewer. She will tell you its not the right key, so you must talk to Bob the Farmer in his House.
He will tell you to go to the Sewer in Everbrook town centre and find a puddle of Acid to dip the key into, to remove the rust. Navigate to the Silkfang room and touch the acid with the key in your inventory.
Then return the key to Mary and complete the quest.
