There are currently 5 In-game Gems, the Sapphire Emerald Ruby And Diamond . Black Pearl can only be obtained from Green Treasure Chests at the moment.

You can Cut these Gems with Crafting Then Enchant the Cut forms with Enchanting and Craft a Necklace using Forging
