Reporting System
Flatmmo has a reporting system that is accessed by right clicking on a player and clicking on the right icon 'Report Player'. These reports get sent to the moderation team for further investigation before action is taken. Just because you don't see action being taken, doesn't mean the report wasn't investigated.
When Should I Report Someone
When you suspect a player of breaking the Rules.
1 No Botting; you must be playing your account, no bots.
2 Third Party Tools & Addons; Anything that automates inputs or plays for you is not allowed.
3 Alt Trading; No trading between your own profiles/accounts.
4 Exploits; Do not intentionally exploit a bug or glitch.
5 Kindess; Be respectful, no harassment, no bullying, no abusive behavior, no slurs, no threats, no hate speech.
6 No Profanity; No excessive profanity, some is normal, but excessive use will lead to mute.
7 No Impersonation; No pretending to be another player, mod or admin.
8 No Spamming; No spamming chat.
9 Account Theft; You are responsible for your own account and password. Do not share them.

How To Report Someone
Find the player you wish to report and right click on their character.
This will bring up the profile screen.
From here, click the icon on the right 'Report Player'
This will bring up the 'Report Player Reason' screen.
Select one of the 5 options; Botting, Alt Trading, Advertising Links, Inappropriate Username, Inappropriate Chat Language.
You will see one of two messages in chat;
| 'Thank you for your report submission, it has been logged successfully' |

| 'This player was reported recently, thank you for your confirmation.' |

The first one means that you're the first player to report them since, or the first player to report them since the last report was checked.
The second one means that you're not the first person to report them for any reason since the last report was checked.
After Reporting
Do not try to report the player repeatedly or have other players report the player before the moderation team has a chance to review the report and evidence.
The player if found guilty might have their account banned permanently or temporarily without refunds, or have their illicit gains removed and rolled back.
If the player is found to be innocent, move on and keep reporting suspicious Rule breaking activity.
