Storm Scroll 
is a rare drop from Cloud enemies found in the Clouds above Everbrook. When used, it activates a server-wide storm that lasts 1 hour, allowing all players on the server to enchant Electric Orbs at the Clouds shrine during that time.

- Requirement: Let There Be Light 2 quest completed to access the Clouds area

Usage
The Storm Scroll is consumed on use. Once activated, every player on the server can enchant Electric Orbs at the Clouds shrine for the duration of the storm. This makes Electric Orb enchanting a community-driven activity — players often coordinate in chat or on Discord when a Storm Scroll is used.
