Ghost Mansion is an area unlocked by using the Haunted Birdnest item. It causes the Tombstones in Everbrook Cemetery to become haunted and allow you to teleport here. Alternatively players may use the Phantos Teleport Scroll to get here.

This area features Large Ghosts, Dead? Trees, and the child from the Sewer Doll Quest swinging ominously on a tree swing.

Getting There

Players are required to chop Haunted Trees (Level 65 Woodcutting) until they get the Haunted Birdnest drop. Clicking on it will haunt the tombstones in Everbrook Cemetery. This is now your way in.

Key Locations

Enterance

Upon entering the Ghost Mansion area your screen shakes, leaving you with a Tombstone to travel back to Everbrook Cemetery and an exit to the North.

Large Ghosts

By going North, you reach the Large Ghosts and some dead trees that cannot be chopped. You also have a path to the East.

Swinging Tree

Going East brings you to the Vreya swinging in a tree. You're too frightened to talk to them. Approaching the swing causes them to kick you. This does only a few damage, but if you're persistent or on low health Vreya can, and will murder you.

There are 3 path out of this room, West back where you came from, North to the Haunted Woods, and East towards the Ghost Mansion which you can not go to until you figure out how to deal with this child first.

Successfully finding the Doll and returning it to Vreya triggers the following dialogue;

Why do you have my doll, she was resting in the forest. You return the Doll. Poor thing she was sleeping. It's now hung from the tree.

You can now head East.

Haunted Woods Enterance

Heading North brings you to a sign a couple dead trees and a way further North into the Woods.

Haunted Woods

Here you find a dense wooded area filled with Zombies and Ghosts of players. You will find 5 Chests to Steal from throughout the woods. Vreya can be found on the East side of the woods to begin chasing them for access to the Haunted Bridge. The Full Size image can be found here.

Haunted Bridge Enterance

After passing Vreya you find the beginning of a bridge over the Haunted Forest.

Haunted Bridge

Crossing the Bridge shows the Haunted Forest beneath you.

This bridge is tied to a Hard Achievement. Simply use a Phantos Teleport Scroll on the bridge to secure the Achievement.

Ghost Mansion Enterance

After crossing the bridge you find the Ghost Mansion in front of you, the door is locked.

It can be unlocked by killing Haunted Skeletons until they drop the key. These Skeletons can be summoned in the Ghost Mansion Cemetery. You summon them by chopping the Haunted Tree until you get the message 'The Skeleton wakes up from the tree.'

Ghost Mansion Cemetery

Going East from the Mansion brings you to the Cemetery. Your Worship points have been replenished. The priest tells you that you can chop a Haunted Tree here to spawn a Haunted Skeleton to find the Key to get into the Mansion. Doing so will show the following message in chat; The Skeleton wakes up from the tree.

When spawning a Skeleton it has some protections. It is completely invisible to all other players except you. It will become visible after 2 minutes, someone else spawning their own Skeleton (sometimes), and someone entering the room.

If any of those things happen, it will be visible for everyone to see and kill.

These Skeletons are tied to an Elite Achievement Haunted Tree Skeleton 2x. You will need to kill 2 Haunted Skeletons in under 15 seconds.

There is some disturbed dirt in the top right near the Gargoyle statue, if you stomp on it with the Granite Boots the Gargoyle's drop the floor will give way.

Under Cemetery

After falling through the ground you will see 1 Gargoyle (Level 60 Hunting) off in the distance and a Chest (Level 70 Stealing). Inside this chest you will find the other granite item, Granite Gloves.

This Gargoyle is part of Hard Achievement Cemetery Gargoyle. You need to kill a Gargoyle underneath the Cemetery in Phantos.

You might want to combo this achievement with the other Hard Achievement Distanced Gargoyle. You need to kill a Gargoyle without it ever using it's melee attack.

Ghost Mansion Bank

After gaining entry into the Mansion you will find a Bank, a Stealing NPC, Ghostly Bats and the Damage Orb 3 Enchantment altar. There are also some stairs leading up.

You are not able to access the Bank or Enchantment altar until you make a small donation to the people of the Ghost Mansion. 100 Spirit Energy to use the bank, and 500 Spirit Energy to use the Enchantment altar.

Ghost Mansion Shop

Going Left from the Bank will bring you to the Shops. Here there are 3 NPCs that sell Items. There is also an entry to a Boss.

Ghost Mansion Library

There is a Library here, with a Chest (Level 68 Stealing), a Sign, a Librarian Ghost NPC, and a Mysterious Bookcase.

Inside the Stealing Chest is a Teleport Scroll Book The Librarian Ghost needs. When you return it to him he will convert it into a Teleport Scrolls Book and give it to you. (This is used to use Teleport Scrolls without having them in your inventory by clicking on the book.)

Library Living Gargoyles

Interacting with the Mysterious red book in the Bookcase will take you to the Living Gargoyle room, where you will find 3 Gargoyles (Level 60 Hunting) to fight.
