Raw Three-Eyed Fish is a fish caught at level 20 Fishing using a Fishing Rod with Bait at the eel spots in the Sewer, granting 50 Fishing XP per catch. The fish has a random chance of appearing between the 2 eel spots, which then starts you catching Three-Eyed Fish. When cooked, it becomes Cooked Three-Eyed Eel which heals 10 HP, making it significantly better than regular Eels from the nearby spots.

This fish is tied to a Medium Achievement called; Three Eyed Fish
It reads 'Catch and trigger a fishing potion while catching a three eyed fish in the Everbrook Sewers'
To complete this Achievement you need to drink a Fishing Potion while the Three-Eyed Fish is at the Everbrook Sewers, then catch some Raw Three-Eyed Fish.
It can also be eaten as part of the Hard Achievement called; 12 Course Meal.
