Raw Piranha is the first fish players can catch, requiring level 55 Fishing and a Thick Net. If fished using the base Fishing Net there is a chance of the Piranhas eating through the fishing net, which is connected with the Piranha Net Issues Medium achievement. It is caught in northeastern Omboko and grants 250 Fishing XP per catch. When cooked, it becomes Cooked Piranha which heals 12 HP.
