'''Sleep Points'''
'''Sleep Points''' (commonly called '''sleep''' or '''SP''') are a core resource in FlatMMO that limits how many actions a player can perform in a single session. Virtually every activity in the game consumes sleep points, including skilling, combat, and gathering. When sleep points are depleted, the player must rest before continuing.

Sleep Points (commonly called sleep or SP) are a core resource in FlatMMO that limits how many actions a player can perform in a single session. Virtually every activity in the game consumes sleep points, including skilling, combat, and gathering. When sleep points are depleted, the player must rest before continuing.

How Sleep Points Work

Players start each session with their full sleep point total. Performing actions such as mining, fishing, woodcutting, forging, fighting, and other skills gradually drains sleep points. Once all points are spent, the player can no longer perform actions until they rest.

Sleep points are restored by sleeping in a bed. Beds can be found in most houses and buildings across the game world, such as the Mayor's house in Everbrook and residential buildings in other areas.

Increasing Maximum Sleep Points

The base sleep point total is 100. This can be permanently increased by completing achievements. Each achievement tier awards a different number of sleep points:

Tier Achievements SP Each Total SP
Easy 28 1 28
Medium 52 2 104
Hard 61 3 183
Elite 29 4 116
Champion 2 5 10
Grand Total 441

Premium Effects

Players with Bronze Premium or higher benefit from a 200% reduction in sleepiness rate, meaning sleep points drain significantly slower during gameplay. See Donor Coins for details on premium tiers.

Tips

Sleeping in a bed fully restores all sleep points regardless of how many the player has. The "Just 1 More Trip" achievement requires using a bed with exactly 1 sleep point remaining, so players looking to complete it should monitor their sleep total carefully.
