LOCHNESS MINIGAME

This is the Lochness Minigame, a Community Par-take where people help Hunting and Kill the Lochness Monster (Known as Nessie). Upon successfully killing the Lochness Monster, you will be awarded Water Points, which you can exchange for Unique Items. You will need level 10 in fishing to join, otherwise you will not be able to catch any fish!

There are also Achievements Related to this Minigame.

How to Play

Firstly, you will not be allowed to Enter the Minigame unless you have a Fishing rod, Fishing Net and Ranged Weapon

It is Recommended to play in groups of 3 to 4 for maximum effort.

Point System

The amount of Lochness Points you get are based on your Place in the Minigame.

1st place gives 4 points

2nd place gives 3 Points

3rd Place gives 2 Points

And the rest gets 1 Point

Fishing

Fishing is a big part of this game. You need to use your Fishing Net to fish for 4 different colour Fish, each giving a random amount of points when put inside the Cannon. You must also use your Fishing Rod to fish in the Anchor for Scrap Metal.

The each of the 4 fish will have their own fishing level requirement. The points the fish give are random, So the lowest level fish could give More Points.

One fish will have a Point Value of 3, While the rest have a Point Value of 1.

There is also a Special Chance for you to get a Golden Fish from fishing in any Fishing spot within the Minigame . It has a 1-2% Chance of Being caught, Fishing Potion does NOT affect its drop, and will award the player who entered it in to the cannon 10 Extra Nessie points (If nessie is Defeated).

The Anchor is used to gather Scrap Metal. You need to use your Fishing Rod to fish in the Anchor.

Nessie

You have to Kill the Lochness Monster to end the Minigame, or wait until the Timer runs out. The Lochnesses Health starts at 500 (when with a party of 1 -3) and Increases by 250? for any extra players.

Cannon

The Cannon is used to attract Nessie to the Shore. It starts off with its Broken state. To fix it, you must put a Cannon Bar into it, depending on the bar is how long it'll last alive.

For every player that joins in the Minigame (after having a team of 1 - 3) will add 30 Points more to the Cannon.

How to Successfully Play

Firstly, have a coordinated, equipped team ( 4 - 5 Players )

Minimum Loadout

Tiger Armour, Maple Bow and Bronze Arrows

Recommended

Crocodile Armour, Mangrove bow and Iron Arrows

Strat

Before the game starts, figure out what everyone will do. One Person Tests Fishes, 2 People get the Bar Pieces, and the other/s Fishing.

When the game starts, one person will try to fish from EVERY Coloured fishing spot. The others get their Scrap Metal and turn them into bars. When the fisher has got all the fishes they can get, fix the Cannon and test which one Gives the MOST points. After Testing, everyone must fish in that Spot.

After collecting about 15 - 20 of that fish, fix the Cannon, dump the fish inside, and start rapidly shooting.

When enough Fish has been shot out, Nessie will spawn. When she Spawns, quickly equip your Bow and Arrows and start Shooting. Kill her to be awarded Nessie Points!
