Spirits are special beings, capable of turning points into rewards!
Their rewards depend on what type of Spirit they are, they also drop themselves as a Pet (very rarely).

The Fire Spirit is found in Omboko and is used to redeem your Firebond Points earned by participating in the Bondfire. It's rewards are Fire related.

The Water Spirit can be found in Dockhaven and is used to redeem your Lochness Points earned by killing the Lochness Monster in the Lochness Minigame. It's rewards are Water related.

The Forest Spirit can be found in the Everbrook Outskirts, underneath a tree stump. The forest spirit is used to redeem your Evil Tree Points earned by chopping Evil Trees. It's rewards are Grass related.
